Fees, Discounts & Payments
REGISTRATION FEES The annual registration fee helps cover administrative costs that incur upon receipt of registration. The annual fee for the 2021-22 school year is $35 per STUDENT. Check with your school to determine whether they will cover this fee. The maximum registration fee amount for any family with multiple siblings is $105. Registration fees are non-refundable. Be sure to choose the correct Payment Plan, according to your need: A) Charter pays Program Fees and Parent pays Registration FEE (most common). B)Charter pays ALL FEES (few schools pay Reg Fees). C) Installment Plans available for self-paying families or pay in full.
PROGRAM FEES Program fees cover the cost of the selected class(es)/program(s) that you choose for your student(s). Be sure to read the descriptions for details; some classes require basic supplies or equipment such as appropriate footwear, crayons, etc.
PAYMENT OPTIONS Self-Paying? You may either: 1) Choose an installment plan for a nominal fee; or 2) Pay in full at time of registration. For those paying in full, you may enter coupon code "SELF-PAY" to receive $5 discount on EACH class/program and/or registration fee.
Paying with Charter School Funds? After registering with WLR, charter families must obtain a P.O./Voucher/Certificate from their school to cover payment of classes. Typically, this is done with the assistance of your charter school teacher or according to your school's process. All P.O.s / vouchers /certificates must be received by WLR by the first day of classes. WLR will invoice your charter school for payment based on the P.O./voucher received. Any fees NOT covered by charter school are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
NOTE for Horizon Charter School families: your school uses paper vouchers that must be signed by the parent. Please mail signed voucher to: P.O. Box 19676 OR be sure to bring to the first day of class.
Split Payments? Split payments are available for a nominal administrative fee. If you need to split your PROGRAM FEE payments between charter school and self-payment, contact the Program Director.
